The routine that's kept stems from collapsing without slowing growth is pairing bottom-watering with constant gentle airflow from a small oscillating fan. I keep the fan running on low 24/7 so seedlings develop stronger stems and the soil surface dries between watering cycles. I avoid domes once seeds sprout and never let trays sit in standing water. Extra space between cells keeps leaves from touching and lets surfaces dry fast after watering. Under cool LEDs there is less radiant heat, so leaves hold moisture longer unless the air moves. Check your spacing and humidity targets now and adjust them before the next watering.

Light spectrum shapes seedling form in ways that influence disease risk. A blue-heavy spectrum encourages short internodes and sturdy stems, which keep the canopy open and drier. Excess far-red can cause stretch and dense, humid crowns that favor fungi.

Many LED fixtures allow tuning toward more blue around 450 nanometers during early growth without lowering total light too much. Combine spectrum choices with proper intensity so leaves do not stress or bleach. Review your light settings and shift them toward blue for the next sowing.
